If the customer does not receive the shipment from the shipping company and it is returned to the store, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, shipping and return fees will be deducted from the total order value. If the customer wishes to resend the order, they will bear the shipping fees for the second time. If a product is received with any manufacturing defects, the defect must be reported and clear photos or a video showing the defect must be attached within one day of receiving the order; otherwise, the product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
